Inmate texting apps are the best way to stay in contact with a loved one or friend who is currently behind bars. These apps are designed to be in compliance with prison rules and allow family members and friends to send messages, photos video calls, eCards and money to their prison trust account. There are also inmate text app federal inmate apps that provide additional services, such as video visits and phone calls.
The JPay application, for example allows family and friends to easily pay money into the trust account of an inmate, along with photos, email videos, eCards, and eCards. It also lets them create personalized postcards with personal photos. And it provides a safer and more secure alternative to traditional mail.
Another popular texting application for inmates is Check out this site GettingOut. It allows "simple, efficient communication" between inmates and their loved family members. The application is available at select correctional facilities, and allows inmates to upload images and text messages to family members and friends using their tablets. It costs inmates $0.25 for each message and loved ones pay for the information used to access their messages (but not for explicit pictures). You can also use the GettingOut application to share a photo on Facebook or Foursquare and check in on Foursquare and then include a video in the YouTube upload.
